Tuesday 19th May at 7:30pm at Otterham Hall

All are welcome, if you haven’t been before, come along to your first meeting, join in this important project for the community

A big thank you to everyone that sent back their Parish Questionaire, there has been an excellent response.

The questionnaires are being analysed at the moment, here is a the upcoming schedule.

·        7th May Draft report on questionnaire results produced.

·        19th May Steering group meeting to comment on draft report on
questionnaire results and plan June and July meetings

·        9th June Stakeholder Event for businesses and hall users etc.

·        14th July Parish Prioritisation Event

·        28th July Extra meeting scheduled for Steering Group to start work on the Parish Plan Report Book and Action Plan

·        11th Aug Steering Group meeting to write Parish Plan Report

·        8th Sept Final meeting to finalise Action Plan.

·        By 30th Sept Printing and distribution of Plan

All meeting are at Otterham Hall at 7:30pm

 

What is a Parish Plan?

A parish plan is a plan for the future of the parish, created by the community reflecting its views, it is very important for obtaining grants and persuading the district and county council of changes required.

For example, plans have be crucial in other parishes for achieving-

·         Purchasing of Playing fields and facilities

·         Building and improvements to Halls

·         Traffic calming measures

·         Grants
